Registration
To attend the Joint Discussion, participants are required to register
to the IAU General Assembly (GA) and pay the full
registration fee for the GA. The General Assembly is intended
for IAU members, but non-members are allowed to participate, after
specific invitation of the International Astronomical Union.
Instructions on how to obtain such an invitation will be given soon.
The Server for abstract submission will be started on November
1st, 2008, together with the registrations and applications
for travel grants. The travel grant application and the abstract
submission will be opened until March 1st, 2009.
People interested in participating can make a pre-registration, in
order to be included in the mailing list for receiving news and
announcements, when available.
