Logistics for LWS Workshop

NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA, USA

   February 11 - 15, 2013

The workshop will be held at the NASA Ames Research Park (NRP), Bld. 152 (200 Daley Road, Moffett Field, Mountain View, CA 94035, USA). 

Workshop Badging:
Since this conference is being held in a NASA facility, all attendees will be registered with the NASA Ames visitors office. All attendees will be asked to show a valid, officially-issue picture identification such as driver's license or passport at the gate to the NRP.

Foreign Nationals (non-U.S. citizens who don't hold a Green Card) are required to contact Nagi Mansour (Nagi.N.Mansour@nasa.gov) and  Gina Morello (gina.f.morello@nasa.gov)  by e-mail as soon as possible.

Welcome Reception:

The conference opens with a reception, Monday evening, 11 February, 2013, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at the NASA Visitor's Exploration Center, located at the main gate to NASA's Ames Research Center at Moffett Field, California (see map).

Scientific Sessions:
The scientific sessions with start in Bld. 152 on Tuesday, 12 February, 2013, 9am and end on Thursday, 14 February, 5pm.
Splinter group meetings will be held on Friday, 15 February, at Stanford University.

Entry to NRP and Workshop
At the NASA Research Park gates, all attendees will be asked "Where are you going?" The reply is "To Building 152, LWS Workshop."

US citizens and residents: to enter the NRP, a government issued photo-identification ir required: be prepared to show a driver's license or passport.

Foreign national attendees: be prepared to show your passport and visa at the entrance.

Taxi's may enter the NRP, and take you to Building 152. If you are driving, there is ample parking adjacent to Building 152.
