Mango Ice Cream Dessert 3 small boxes of raspberries 2 tsp. sugar 2-3 mangos, sliced Pound cake Whipped cream Mango ice cream Set aside one box of raspberries for decoration. Pour two boxes of raspberries into a bowl. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of sugar over the raspberries in the bowl. Press the sweetened raspberries through a sieve to make a raspberry sauce. Set aside. Place a slice of pound cake on each plate. Top the cake with a scoop of the ice cream. Place several slices of mango and several raspberries beside the cake. Pour some of the raspberry sauce over the ice cream & cake. Top with whipped cream and a berry or two to decorate. [ M.M. ]
