Proceedings of IAUS 294 "Solar and Astrophysical Dynamos and Magnetic Activity"
(Editors A.G. Kosovichev, E.M. de Gouveia Dal Pino, & Y.Yan) will be published by
Cambridge University Press and will be made available both in book form and electronically. 
The target publication date is: February 2013.

PAGE LIMITS:
Plenary review talk: 20 pages
Invited Papers (30-min talks): 12 pages
Contributed Papers (15-min talks): 6 pages
Poster Papers (only displayed during the Symposium): 2 pages

Please, note that according to the IAU rules only papers presented
during the Symposium can be included in the Proceedings.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 1 November 2012

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Submit Consent to Publish & Transfer of Copyright Online Form:
http://www.iau.org/science/publications/copyrightform/

2) Upload PDF, LATEX, all FIGURE files in a single TAR , GZ or ZIP
file (lastname_firstname.tar) to the anonymous ftp site of the
Stanford solar group: ftp://pail.stanford.edu/pub/incoming/IAUS294/,
e.g. by using the following commands:
> ftp pail.stanford.edu
 (username: ftp, passwd: your e-mail address),
> cd /pub/incoming/IAUS294
> put lastname_firstname.tar

Please, note that you can only upload files to this directory, but
not download.

After uploading, please, notify us by e-mail: iaus294@gmail.com.

In case of difficulties with ftp, the files can be sent by e-mail to
iaus294@gmail.com with the Subject line: LastName, FirstName, Title

COLOR FIGURES will be reproduced in color in the electronic
version of the Proceedings. However, to reproduce color
figures in color in the printed version the Publisher will
charge the Author(s) 500 pounds sterling (GBP) per color page.
If authors are not prepared to pay for this, their color
figures will be printed in black-and white in the printed
version of the Proceedings. Therefore, in case of color figures
with half-tones, authors should make sure that their figures
will reproduce as desired in black-and-white, and there is
no reference to color in either text or captions.
